Item Description
1.25" (32mm) tall frame that tests as 10K gold. Vertical copper hinged 'T' bar pin w/catch. Finely detailed border w/portrait in enamel on copper. The design is printed w/hand painted accents under magnification. Likely produced in 1832 or 1849 for the centennial of his birth or the 50th anniversary of his death. Extremely Fine w/a tiny hairline of brown toning in field at 11 o'clock. Otherwise gorgeous and of superlative quality.
