Item Description
13.25x32" mat contains hand-painted panoramic bkg. and animation cel of decrepit observatory. Separate animation cels have been attached at right, showing full figures of Captain Marvel chasing one of Ibac's Hiss-Men (modeled after Fawcett/DC Captain Marvel villain Herkimer the Crocodile Man). Cells have been stapled to mat bkg. and mat is attached along top w/cloth tape. Cels are from the "Shazam!" segment of "The Kid Super Power Hour With Shazam!" NBC show produced by Filmation in 1981. Hiss-Men cel is from the "Best Seller" episode. Exc. and ready for framing. Dan Makara Collection.
