Item Description
1-1/8" dia. brass luster w/red/blue enamel paint. Item is pictured in Hake's "Official Price Guide To Pop Culture Memorabilia" as #SUP-29. Canadian premium offered by Ogilvie Cereal Co. Upper edge reads "Superman" w/bottom edge having "Strength - Courage - Justice" creed. Glossy luster is gone but still very nice overall brass tone. A few tiny dots of blue color off arm and chest. Reverse has rather large original spot of solder holding a horizontal bar pin as produced. Slight bend to bottom half but still Fine overall. Rare and we have only offered a few of these in our 53 years. Dan Makara Collection.
