Item Description
6.5" long. c. 1904. Glass tube w/metal nib holder. Inside glass is American Flag motif paper that features a sketch portrait of TR at bottom. Metal holder has moderate wear but paper and glass remain extremely clean. VF. The first we've seen in our 53 years.
