Item Description
16x25" on medium stock w/"The Henderson Lith. Co. Cincinnati" at bottom right. "Copyright By Peter Tracy, Memphis On The Mississippi" at bottom center. Gorgeous stone litho print featuring portraits at top accented w/silver metallic frames and "16 To 1" daisies. Full text of "The Speech That Won The Nomination At The National Democratic Convention At Chicago 1896" framed by a gold dollar set against 16 Morgan silver dollars at top corners and images of labor and industry at bottom. Margin tears most notably a 3" vertical tear just to the edge of flag at top left and two 1" vertical tears at top center. Faint damp stain at top right. and edge and handling wear. VG. An impressive print that is worthy of attention by a paper conservator but will frame nicely as is. Only the third we've encountered in 53 years.
