1.25" Although buttons started in 1896, we've seen only a couple that precede this one with Weber Badge, Reading back paper issued for "May 27-28, 1913" event at "Continental Hotel/Philadelphia, Penna." Text above the white faced clown reads "I Am A Booster For The Convention Of The Exhibitors League Of Penna". Convention activity included a resolution to oppose women actresses smoking in movies and a vote on representatives to the upcoming July 7 third annual convention in NYC of the Motion Picture Exhibitors of America to be held in conjunction with the First International Exposition of the Motion Picture Art. NM displaying Mint. One seen.
