Item Description
13-/8x19.5" flat from 1966. Box features Tony the Tiger mascot w/inset batsymbol on front promoting "Batman Printing Set" premium that was available for 25¢ and one box top. Back panel is fully devoted to this premium, showing "Batman" comic book title/logo, and actual size image of the premium as well as Robin portrait at top w/word balloons giving suggestions for use and noting some of the stamps. Small full body image of Batman at center left. Flat is folded along center scored line, and is o/w an unused file copy. High grade, NM example. Rare and desirable cereal box, let alone as a file copy box flat. This is the actual example shown in "The Official Price Guide To Pop Culture Memorabilia" by Ted Hake and comes with COA. Also comes w/original mailer box w/"Batman Print Set" return address and typed recipient name/address which contains Mint example of the actual premium.
