Item Description
12.75x19.5 on thin coated paper. Advertising six dates on the Canadian tour from July 20 to July 28 including a "Friday, July 25" gig in London, Ontario that occurred the day 'Back In Black' was released. Well flattened vertical and horizontal crease, two less than .5" horizontal tears at top right stabilized on reverse at top right and three tiny light brown spots of toning in the white background at bottom right. Otherwise only moderate handling wear. Fine. The design of the poster helps to mask these small defects and it will frame beautifully. After briefly considering disbanding the exalted Aussie hard rockers returned to the studio after the death of original front man Bon Scott bringing in English singer Brian Johnson. "Back In Black" was titled and featured an all black design in mourning to Scott. The album has achieved truly legendary status with sales over 50 million ranking it easily in the top five selling albums of all time.
