Item Description
This is similar to the patriotic stickpins shown in Hake Political Buttons Book III for the 1864 Lincoln campaign as numbers 3138-3160. Pin is 1-7/8" tall soldered to flat but embossed shield 1-1/8" tall with slightly raised designs of eagle with tiny red eye accent, crossed flags and a shield. Nice luster and near 100% paint. 1st seen. NM.
