2" tall stickpin joined to 1-5/8" tall high relief brass shell flag flowing in the wind and with American eagle perched on the pole top. Flag has red, white and blue hand applied paint about 95% intact. Similar to the Civil War patriotic badges shown as Hake Lincoln 1864 #3138-3160. Exc.
