Item Description
Large 9.5x19” stiff cardboard envelope contains nearly complete kit which was available for limited time and marked “Not To Be Sold After December 31st, 1977.” Flap on reverse has light creases as originally opened with several surface paper tears underneath, but envelope is clean with VF appearance. Kit is missing only the Early Bird certificate that was mailed in to obtain a set of 4 action figures available prior to the release in stores. Main piece of kit is 18x18” stiff cardboard sheet that was to be used as display stand for the first 12 figures in the Star Wars Kenner line. Attached to the bottom of sheet are a pair of full color photos and “Space Club Card” which have not been separated along perforation. Small tabs where action figures were to be placed also have not been punched out. Set also comes with 2.5x4” sheet with 4 unused stickers. All is NM/Mint. Set comes with 5x8x1.25” deep mailer box containing first four action figures including the standard Luke Skywalker. Box has some wear from mailing as expected and is Fine with Mint contents, all items still sealed in original bags.
