Item Description
13" long by 7.5" tall tin litho. 1960s by Masudaya Toys Co., Japan. Box is complete with cardboard inserts. Has scattered edge wear with creases but remains tight. Fine. Toy is very nicely detailed and includes silhouette images of passengers by windows, simulated waves around base. Toy works but does require a small spacer in the battery box to allow the batteries to make full contact. Travels around with bump-and-go action, whistles, smoke comes out of smokestacks. Minute scattered paint nicks but glossy and Exc. Great design.
