Item Description
1.75" dia. No maker but w/union back stamp. Shown in his Cincinnati Reds uniform. Ted Kluszewski began his MLB career w/the Cincinnati Reds in 1947 and would remain w/the Reds until 1957 when he would move on to Pittsburgh for two seasons. In 1959 "Klu" would join the Chicago White Sox before winding down his career w/one final season in Los Angeles w/the Angels in 1961. Kluszewski wound up w/some pretty impressive career numbers, finishing w/a .298 batting average along w/279 homers and 1.028 RBI's, finishing second in the National League MVP balloting in 1954.
