Item Description
Black cardboard back securing 3" blue ribbon w/3" brass stickpin. Unlisted in Hake. Two pieces of 2" cellophane tape on cardboard (serving no purpose), two pieces reinforcing the ribbon where it joins the cardboard, a small piece on a .25" ribbon split at upper right edge and a piece, half on back and half on front, that covers a fabric split across the top edge caused by horizontal arm of stickpin. While the repairs are amateur in nature, the narrow clear tape strip across the top front is not very visually detracting and all else is very clean & glossy. Fine overall. Rare.
