Item Description
1.5" tall slightly convex brass luster badge which accompanied the Joe Simon and Jack Kirby created character's club membership card, issued shortly after the March, 1941 debut as the publisher built the fan base. A copper badge and a second version card appeared later the same year. This brass Version I badge has only the slightest traces of wear. Near full accent paint and luster. Exc.
