1.25" button w/ribbon suspending 1.25" brass medallion that has profile portrait of Truman on one side and Liberty carrying an olive branch w/text "Harry S. Truman Inaugurated President Of The United States January 20, 1948" on the other. Medallion has moderate wear to high relief points and background retains a mirror like finish.
