Item Description
5.75x19x2.25" tall box w/illustrated lid label contains complete parts (including all four original balls) for Chad Valley game made in England. Copyright WDP, 1940s. Box has pasted instruction sheet under lid and is complete w/original die-cut ball tray. Lid has one corner split and another partially split and shows corner tip wear.. Box bottom has jagged 2" puncture. Box is Fine overall. Game consists of wooden frame that suspends six triangular cardboard board targets, each w/three sides showing different Disney characters including - Mickey Mouse, Donald Duck, Pluto, Dopey, Thumper, Pinocchio, Practical Pig and Toby Tortoise. Object of game was to throw balls at targets and get either all Mickey or all Donald targets to "Line Up." Targets show some scattered wear from use, mostly w/scattered creasing to Donald side of targets. Still clean and VF overall. Neat design and colorful graphics. Scarce.
