Item Description
9.5" tall painted plaster. c. 1930s. These carnival statues were produced in two different poses and came in a variety of color combinations. All are rare. This is white w/green/gold color accents. Goon holds knife in hand. Original owner has humorously customized Goon's chest w/etched text that reads in part "Neta's Boy-Friend - 6'9". Back has etched "Tomato" text as well as penciled "I Look Better This Way. What Do You Think?" notation.  Scattered paint rubs to nose w/some small scattered paint flakes. Fine overall. Rare. Eric Renner Collection.
