6.75x12" closed. Textured stock w/age toning and scattered light brown spots on cover and exposed page edges. VG. Final page titled "Autographs" has seven signatures including: John Wayne, Strom Thurmond (in black felt tip marker), Pat Nixon, Julie Nixon Eisenhower (in black ball point ink) Nelson Rockefeller and Winthrop Rockefeller.
