Item Description
1" cello. w/Green Duck Co. on curl and union back stamp. United Public Workers of America (UPWA) existed between 1946-1953. This was likely produced around the 1952 election. A tiny spot of foxing that is just visible at 2 o'clock and light even age toning throughout, otherwise only minor surface wear. VF. Rare. Ron Koot Collection.
