Item Description
4" w/metal back and horizontal bar pin. Design has advancing elephant carrying a swallow tail banner on pole in trunk. Moderate paint wear most notably along extreme outer edge of left cream field. Exc. Smaller varieties of this design were used in 1954 but this variety was distributed for Ike's re-election campaign. See previous five items for the 1954 companion buttons of this scarce series.
