Item Description
Lot of six items related to early 1960s Hood Ice Cream promotions. 9.75x10" waxed box flat for Hood's Ice Cream Rocket novelty has ad for Plastic Rocket and Launcher premium that was issued as box insert. Flat has some corner tip/edge wear and is o/w Exc. 5x22" store sign w/gummed strip on back at top advertises series of Action Toys that included Missile Firing Sub, 3 Power Telescope, Return Top Toy and aforementioned Rocket and Launcher. Vertical fold right of center w/faint vertical crease to left of this. Some staining along top from adhesive. VF. Lot also includes four die-cut paper Halloween masks in two different designs (two each for devil and jack-o-lantern). Masks are unpunched and unused. NM. All are file copies. From the archives of premium creators Sam & Gordon Gold and comes with LOA.
