3" w/"New York 9" union bug in field at 6 o'clock, metal back and horizontal bar pin. Alex Matturri was candidate from the 10th District for U.S. Representative losing to incumbent Peter Rodino. H. Alexander Smith was elected to his third term representing NJ in the Senate. Only light surface wear in reflected light. NM. The only example we've seen in our 54 years.
