2.25" w/metal back and horizontal bar pin. Serial number "38" at top center. Issued for Ike's second inauguration. Only minor wear in reflected light. NM. John Pendergrass Collection. See lots #344 and #384 for 1953 Ike and 1961 Kennedy varieties.
