1" w/union bug on curl at 7 o'clock. Resembles the common lithos distributed throughout the country but here portrait is flanked by "KY" and "64". Made in small quantities for campaign contributors in Kentucky. A few trivial dots of missing paint contained to edges. Exc. Bob Westerman Collection.
