Item Description
8.5x11" program w/16 pages. Initially scheduled for Nov. 13, 1964, the second fight between Sonny Liston and Muhammad Ali (who had changed his name from Cassius Clay on just over two months prior to the bout) had to be rescheduled on account of Ali's emergency hernia surgery. The promoters relocated to a small auditorium in Lewiston, ME where Ali won the match w/a first-round knockout. Program features content on both fighters including a two-page spread on their records to that point. Program has some scattered handling wear w/pinch creases to spine and is Fine/VF. Scarce.
