Item Description
2.5x3-1/8". From a set of 144 issued by Gum Inc. ACC# R165. Title is "Freighter Disables U-Boat For Warship To Capture." Cards #109-120 are known in the hobby as the "Dirty Dozen." These are among the most sought after of all 1930s non-sport gum cards and rarely come up for sale in any condition, let alone high grade like this example. It is the single highest in the PSA Population Report, in fact the next highest is two grades lower at an EX 5. Card collectors looking for the finest examples of the rarest cards need look no further, this is the card for you.
