Item Description
Lot of five Davey Adams premiums issued in 1939 by Lava Soap. The Davey Adams radio drama starred Franklin Adams and spawned the Davey Adams Shipmates Club, in which member could receive various premium items like those offered in this lot - 6x9" membership certificate (this example features neatly stamped name), Secret Clues And Message booklet, 1-7/8" tall brass luster DASC membership badge and DASC Siren ring (w/worn instruction sheet). Both Certificate and booklet are Exc. Badge retains bright full luster and is NM. Ring has some luster wear and is Fine. Instruction sheet is folded as issued w/aging along fold lines and obvious handling wear. VG overall. First we've seen. All is scarce to rare. An instant collection from this obscure premium club.
