Item Description
Lot of five cast iron/die-cast automatic style repeating cap guns, c. 1930 to 1950s. All take roll caps and have swing-out cap chambers for loading. Guns are as follows -  4" long J. & E. Stevens 25 Jr., polished nickel-plated cast iron, c. 1930. Box has split along one end flap, missing one inside flap, still displays Fine. 4.75" long J. & E. Stevens Spit Fire, polished nickel-plated cast iron, c. 1940. Box has split along one end flap, two loose inside flaps and creases to sides. VG. 4" long Kenton Jr. Police Chief nickel-plated cast iron, c. 1938. Box has some aging, but tight and complete. Fine. 4.25" long Hubley Dick nickel-plated die-cast, c. 1950. Box has small split along one end flap and aging but remains tight. Fine. 4.25" long Kilgore Hawkeye matte nickel-plated die-cast w/raised Native American symbols and image of brave, c. 1950s. Box has lt. aging and is complete. Fine. Nice grouping of these style guns as produced over a 25 year period. All the guns in the lot except for the Jr. Police Chief are the actual examples shown in The Official Price Guide to Pop Culture Memorabilia by Ted Hake and comes with COA. All guns are high grade, unfired and NM.
