Item Description
Lot of three, all by English cap gun maker B.C.M, founded in 1948. As a competitor to Lone Star, they made a nice line of cap guns as evidenced by those offered here.  All three are roll cap firing, and break apart for loading. First is 9.5" long Outlaw Mustang painted die-cast w/white plastic grips. Full color box shows nine other guns of their Outlaw line shown on back, mostly Western style but including the fantastically designed Space Outlaw. Box is complete and tight w/some color loss on edges and bit of missing surface paper where price was marked off on upper right corner. .25" and .75" holes on sides where tip of hammer pushed through. Fine overall. Outlaw Kid Presentation Set (as noted on underside of box lid) comes w/matched pair of 7" long Kid MK II bright finished die-cast guns w/faux walnut grain plastic grips. Paper-covered box has flocked vacuform insert that holds guns as well as a brush and a bottle of BP Gun Oil. Small depression in center holds unused roll of caps. Under side of lid also has text detailing "Care And Cleaning Of The Guns." Box is clean and tight. VF. All three guns are unfired, NM old store stock and are the actual examples shown in The Official Price Guide To Pop Culture Memorabilia by Ted Hake and come with COA.
