Item Description
Offered first in late 1946 on Kix cereal boxes featuring The Lone Ranger, the Atomic Bomb ring was largely distributed in 1947 and became one of the most popular premium rings ever. While the "brilliant flashes of atomic energy" are no longer active, the ring is NM. 4x4" instruction sheet a bit tanned but VF. Mailer is Fine with a few ink scribbles on label and a few small tape stains on bottom panel.  The Lone Ranger Flashlight ring followed in 1948 from Cheerios. Original battery has white dots of corrosion (as most do), the ring is NM, the 5x5" instructions are lightly tanned but VF and the box is VF with light pencil notation on blank bottom by original owner. High grade examples of these rings,  complete as mailed, are scarce.
