Item Description
16x18" professional and attractive double-matte contains 10x1.25" sheet of art paper w/ink and watercolor original art showing full body image of Pluto, whose ears and tail are raised in excitement. Hand-lettered "Pluto" name below art w/WDP copyright stamp at lower right. Mid-1930s original art from the Walt Disney Studios done for publicity purposes. Art has been mounted to backing board w/two pieces of conservation cloth tape at top and could be easily removed if so desired. Art was originally sold by Christie's in 1985 as noted by two labels on back of art. Art paper has some margin aging and two small spots of staining at upper right, but art itself remains bright, clean and Exc. Ready for framing w/intricate cut matte.
