Item Description
Largest of three different sizes produced w/Mickey Mouse images by Ohio Art, 1930s. Tin litho sprinkling can measures 9.5" tall (to top of handle). Each side features same nighttime scene of Mickey Mouse serenading Minnie Mouse w/saxophone as Minnie watches from above. Pluto is seated next to Mickey. Additional images include sprinkling can behind Mickey. Spout shows moderate paint wear w/areas of bare metal showing below nozzle. Handle and bottom rim shows some aging/trace oxidation w/obvious oxidation to interior. Top of can has some shallow dents as does bottom rim. Sides have a few shallow indents as well. VG/Fine overall. Scarce large size, most desirable of those produced by Ohio Art.
