Item Description
22x35.25" on cardboard by "Globe Poster-Baltimore." Headline "Stop Work Day" at top and highlighted text "Anne Arundel County Laymen's Corps Is On The Look-Out For 5000 Unregistered Negroes To Show In The Freedom Line-Up." The event included a rally "Friday Aug. 28" at the "First Baptist Church" in Annapolis, MD followed by "A Peaceful March To The A.A. Co. Court House For Registration" and "After The March Come With Us To Carr's Beach For An All Day Picnic" at Carr's Beach featuring a concert by "The Van Dykes."  Moisture stain in field at top left, tear at top left corner, age toning at edge and heavy handling wear. VG. First we've seen in 54 years.
