22x29-1/8" thin cardboard poster advertises April 15, 1979 concert featuring jazz saxophonist Stanley Turrentine and singer/songwriter/musician and Civil Right activist Nina Simone at Avery Fisher Hall in New York, NY. Poster features photos of both musicians (Simone photo being same as featured on previous item). Concert was sponsored by M. Morton Hall. Poster shows scattered handling wear and has corner tip wear w/moderate wear across top margin. Fine overall but could be framed for nice display.
