9.5x11" silver gelatin print on lightly textured paper. Signed and inscribed in black fountain pen ink "To Dan McGrath From His Friend Franklin D. Roosevelt" in lower margin. A pair of thin 2" wide areas of fiber tape residue along extreme top edge that would easily frame out. Otherwise only a trace of silvering and trivial handling wear. Exc. This dignified portrait w/bold signature will make an imposing display piece once framed. Comes w/Hake's COA and JSA LOA.
