3.5". Referencing Chicago Mayor Richard J. Daley and his brutal use of the Chicago police to attack protestors at the 1968 Democratic Convention. Tiny celluloid split on edge at 9 & 2 o'clock a result of the thin cello. used in manufacturing. Otherwise scattered surface wear in reflected light. VF. Remains a nice display example.
