3.5" w/Button Works, Copyright, and Union bug on curl. Signed in print "Ken Alexander" at lower right. Depicts Tinkertoy box labeled "How To Run The U.S.A" at right of a seated Nixon who hopelessly tinkers stating "Rube, Where Are You Now That I Need You?" a reference to early 1900s cartoonist Rube Goldberg, famous for comical mechanical inventions. Only minor surface wear. NM.
