Some skipping and minor smudging of ink remaining legible. Displaying VF. Not examined out of frame. Backing paper of frame has blue ball point inscription signed at conclusion by JFK Secretary "Helen Lempart" reading "This Was A Gift From The Hon. Robert F. Kennedy, Attorney General Of The United States, At The Time I Left The White House To Go To Rome In January Of 1963." Comes w/Hake's COA and JSA LOA.
