2-1/8" w/text "Send 15 Cents For Duplicate To F.F. Harl, St. Joseph, MO." on curl. A smiling "Taft" w/big stick labeled "TR-ism" in hand riding an elephant kicking up dust clouds as he outpaces "Bryan" whose donkey is huffing and puffing in background. Far left is a pavilion that has rooftop pennant "Voters." Four very faint light gray dots at extreme outer edge along top most notably one at 10 o'clock and none affecting design. Otherwise a 1/8" pin prick in field at 7 o'clock. Technically VF but displays Exc. Ron Koot Collection.
