Item Description
Unlisted in Hake in this size. Button has "Armen Boston" back paper. Charles Evans Hughes is pictured w/Senate candidate Henry Cabot Lodge Sr. and Gubernatorial candidate Samuel McCall on this 1916 coattail. Brass framed button is suspended from a ribbon w/additional text "'Night Before' Young's Hotel." Minor wear to ribbon w/button having almost no surface wear. Overall Exc. Don't confuse the button w/the frequently offered 7/8" variety, this 1.25" example is rarely offered alone and this is the first time we've encountered this exceptional ribbon badge. Ron Koot collection.
