Item Description
4.25" tall marked by maker W&H on tin reverse of the beautiful color domed celluloid showing triumphant prospector holding up fist-sized gold nugget. Three tiny and minor small marks on the background between the mountains. To emphasize the Montana theme the rim around the cello, the two loops joining medallion to ribbon and the solid, heavy, metal (not embossed ) top hanger bar are all made of the state's hallmark metal, copper. Most unusual. Only a small number produced for the Montana delegation headed to St. Paul convention. Rare. First seen. Exc.
