12.25x12.25x.75" deep box contains complete five-piece Golden Records set, ©1966 NPP, Inc. Front cover has art image of contents, including comic book, shoulder patch, club membership card/button and secret decoder card. Box lid has slight inward warp due to tightness of shrink-wrap w/2.5" crease along edge below main Superman image. Back has some scattered residue, but overall set remains VF w/contents NM as factory-sealed.
