Item Description
8.5" tall assembled model w/professionally done paint job. This is one of the built-up kits issued directly by Aurora to stores for promotional purposes. ©1963. Exceptionally detailed and highlighted by professional air-brushing to the base and Creature's fins/gills. A few minor missing pieces including the tiny snake and lizard tongues. The snake came off branch at some point and was glued to base. Small lizard added w/tail tip off. Seven of the Creature's claw tips are broken off, a tiny branch tip on base is also missing, but these minor defects do not detract from finished model's overall appearance, which remains VF due to the stunning paint job. Exceptional display piece. These store display models are rare.
