4" celluloid w/concave metal back holed at r/l strung w/wire to attach to a car radiator or license plate. Trace of faint age tone and lower right third has slight bend. Surface has moderate wear from light use. Extremely Fine. An attractive 1928 campaign item from an obscure manufacturer. The first we've seen in our 54 years. Bob Westerman Collection.
