Item Description
1.25" w/Merchants Portrait Co., London N.W. back paper. The WFL was an English group made up of members of the WSPU that broke off  in 1907. They favored non-violent methods of protest. Scattered tiny light brown dots in white field. Otherwise only light wear. Extremely Fine. Rare.
