Item Description
Pair of 12" long gold Everlast boxing gloves, each w/matching "Super Fight II - Joe Frazier vs. Muhammad Ali - Madison Square Garden - January 28, 1974" text and image of Madison Square Garden. These were only available to be purchased at the fight as souvenirs. Super Fight II was a non-title boxing match between Ali and Frazier, the second of the three Ali-Frazier bouts, Ali was a slight favorite to win, and did by a unanimous decision (albeit a controversial one). Gloves show some lt. scattered surface wear and one has .25" hole worn in "Everlast" satin and .25" line tear by date. This glove is VG/Fine while other is Exc.
