Item Description
Five approx. 12.75x17.5" Craftint artboards featuring pen and ink original art for complete five-page story originally published in DRAG Cartoons #19 in Sept. 1965 by Dennis Ellefson. Art is for Dragula story (somewhat like a Tales From The Crypt-like feature) telling the tale of the creation of the Lions Drag Strip in Los Angeles, CA that existed 1955-1972. Dragula appears in first and last panels. Each artboard has page number in marker at lower left as well as printer's inkstamp filled out in pen. Artboards have some aging w/staple holes at upper left corners of all but one and some scattered dust soiling/handling wear to margins, but art remains clean and Exc. overall. From the Archives of Publisher Pete Millar.
