Item Description
7x22.75x31" large box contains playset #4654. 1962 issue. This is one of Marx's most popular and elaborate playsets ever produced. Box tanned w/lt. moisture stains, moderate scattered wear/aging. Edge has dent and one corner has some separation. VG. Set appears unused and complete w/lt. aging/wear. Included are a pair of instruction sheets and items are still in original bags. The main piece of the set is a large vacuform moonscape, which unfortunately has 4" crack on one corner. Opening on back of moonscape is uncut. Other items include unused playmat, decal sheet, two piece tin litho rocket silo, space station tower, prime mover, exploding mountain, moon ship, spring-loaded launchers, astronaut and alien figures, field accessories, space capsule and much more. Overall the set displays VF to Exc. A Marx classic.
