Item Description
1.75". Parisian Novelty Co. of Chicago. Front has photo of Ruth and is version with him wearing Boston Braves cap (see previous lot for Yankees variety). Issued during his final season in MLB and his only year with the Braves. Reverse has illustration of players on a ball diamond w/tiny cut-out windows where numerals keep track of "Runs Home/Runs Visitors/Strikes/Innings/Balls". Front has trace of surface wear w/.25" harline scuff to the right of "B" on cap. Still glossy and VF.
